“train the trainer” – support with sustainability
If we want to support people sustainably, we should help them to help themselves. Therefore “train the trainer” is the guiding principle of the Project Justine. According to this principle the association is planning to build an educational and cultural center in Benin, West Africa. Young people there who otherwise would have difficult access to education will receive a comprehensive vocational training. It will give them the chance of a fixed income and thus a self-determined life. They will also have the opportunity to become trainers themselves and pass on their skills. In this way knowledge can be passed on naturally and lasting change can be achieved.
Thanks to our previous supporters who enabled us to solidify the planning of the project together with our partners and already realize the first steps. With your support we will soon turn the vision into reality.
